In late 2009, the Department of Sociology contacted me about redesigning their site. The eventual result was a clean design with a blue and gray color scheme that is very focused on the content and clear navigation. The site, released in the fall of 2010, was created using Drupal, using a few custom functions to make the best use of information that was to be maintained by the faculty members and staff of the department.
Although the site is not currently responsive, my team and I have plans to rework the site to use fluid grids and flexible images, just in time to implement a new gallery module to allow faculty to maintain their personal photo galleries within their own personnel contact pages.
