The Long Creek Falls trail is very hard to find, but if you can find the right road, it's a nice trail, down to a beautiful waterfall and views of the Chattooga River.
The trail is a very wooded one. This is a road? or a trail? There were a few things blooming around. The trail ends up where Long Creek joins the Chattooga, and this is the view of the falls from there. The views all around from this point were gorgeous. The river had enough water in it to provide good rafting and kayaking. This little one was kind enough to hold still for a picture. The right cascade was kind of nice... ...but it was the left cascade where most of the action took place. There were plenty of other smaller cascades and rapids around the area. The trail down to the falls was hard on the knees, but the trail back up was hard on the legs. One lone little flower was still around.
